The 67 Lounge was located at 5360 North Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point, Florida. Clockwork’s performance at their “Side Door Lounge” took place from August 5th to 16th, 1975. As you can see from their promotional materials below, it was home of “The Fox Club”, a place to “meet the foxiest girls in town”.
The Paddock Supper Club was located in Pompano Beach, Florida and was a very nice club. Clockwork performed there often, but nothing remains of this performance from June 23rd to 28th of 1975 other than a napkin and a photo of the marquee.
The Flying Machine was located in Ft. Lauderdale on Route 1 and S.E. 28th Street. The club’s entry was an old sea plane and while we performed there quite often, this particular post is from June 6th thru June 21st of 1975. For these bookings, Kenny Combs had replaced Alfredo Perez as the Organ player.
March 30, 1975. The Big-5 Club was established in 1968 and was an event in those days. It was the place to be for young people but was also an ideal family event. It’s still there, at 600 Southwest 92nd Avenue, Miami, Florida.
Clockwork made many performances at The Castaways, which had ten acres of oceanfront relaxation on 163rd Street in Miami Beach, Florida.
